Questions before you book

How do I book?

Download the iPhone app or book from your browser at lady.oons.app. Choose the service, the time and your provider, then confirm.

When do I pay?

You pay when you book, in the app, by card or mobile wallet. We hold the payment in escrow until the visit is done.

Who are the providers?

Women only. We collect the national ID and a criminal-record certificate, and the Oons team reviews both before a provider appears in the app.

Which areas do you cover?

We are starting in Madinaty, New Cairo, El Rehab and The Capital in Greater Cairo, with more areas coming soon.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the visit. The details are in the cancellation policy at the bottom of the page.

Is Oons women only?

Yes. Customers and providers are women, and visits take place in the customer's home.

How do I join as a provider?

Apply in the app or at lady.oons.app. The team reviews the required documents before you start receiving bookings.
